In order to be considered as an HI-LEX supplier, high standards and expectations are required and need to be met.  Suppliers are an integral part of our company’s success, we need your ongoing efforts in order for HI-LEX to maintain its high standards as a supplier ourselves. 

Standards

• Our Terms and Conditions form which must be read and accepted by any supplier. This will be attached with each PO issued. 
• Suppliers may need to undergo Self-Assessments and potentially followed by On-Site Assessment‘s carried out by our purchasing and/or quality team.
• Suppliers must be certified to the current revision of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, unless other quality agreements have been made acceptable and approved by HI-LEX QC team.
• As an approved HI-LEX supplier we will provide our HI-LEX Supplier Manual upon request.

Expectations
• As we are in the automotive industry we expect 100% quality, 100% on-time and cost competitiveness. In return, if approved as a supplier we will encourage a close relationship and support you where possible so that we can meet our goals together.
• Our industry is highly agile and thus direction can change on a daily basis.  As such it is paramount that communication is open and consistently responsive.
